Large amounts of unlicensed medicines have actually been taken by Department of Health authorities during a search of a home in Glengormley.

A man was talked to by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications through the web.

The 47-year-old was likewise about other medication offences.

He will now be the subject of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.

The search was performed by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
